Fast Verification of Network Configuration Updates

With the expansion of network services, large-scale networks have progressively become common. The status changes rapidly in response to customer needs and configuration changes, so are also very frequent. However, no matter what must ensure correct conditions, such as isolating tenants from each other or guaranteeing essential services. Once occur, it is necessary verify after-changed network. Whereas, for verification many current verifiers show poor efficiency. In order solve problem multiple global verifications caused by frequent updates local configurations large networks, we present a fast tool, FastCUV, distributed control planes. FastCUV aims enhance efficiency plane medium while ensuring correctness. This paper presents method determine range affected change. We flow model graph structure facilitate design algorithms speed up verification. Our scheme verifies area obtaining change Forwarding Information Base (FIB) before after. supports rich attributes, meanwhile, has high correctness performance. After experimental result analysis, our outperforms state-of-the-art certain extent.
